WHY I CREATED THIS PROGRAM:
Over the past few years, our routines, stress management and overall health has taken a toll.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I want to be there to support women as best I can to learn how to eat well and balance their hormones.
I also believe that a few strength workouts a week can't hurt either, as long as you have proper form and technique.
Lastly, I believe we all need to feel less alone. One of my favourite parts of this program is the community we build as we all head towards our health and fitness goals.
